Hindi Time Kids Fall Session

Age Group - 5 - 10 years
Sunday Mornings: 10am - 11am PT (1-hour class)
Dates: 8 Sessions 

October: 6th, 13rd, 20th, 27th

November : 3rd ,10th ,17th ,24th

Language will be taught primarily through activities and verbal skills will include lots of repetition. Look forward to stories, poems, songs, and craft activities in Hindi. Children will play games in class and learn the Basic Hindi alphabets & numbers in a fun way. We will also work on vocabulary building and grammar in addition to alphabets and numbers, shapes, and colors in Hindi along with learning about their Fall surroundings and also learning about Fall festivals from South Asia and the United States. We also include games, like “Simon ne Kaha” ('Simon Says'), Dhoondo (Scavenger Hunt) in Hindi. Children will learn through daily activities like telling the time and placing a take-out order in Hindi. Children will also be part of a drama/play in Hindi to engage in a dialogue and practice phrases and words in Hindi learned during class. Children will be tested at the end of the semester to gauge their learning and will receive a certificate of completion
